Stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. Bowling tournament was going on. Reserved 2 beds smoking but when we checked in they said the got the reservation as non smoking. They offered a non smoking room but that was not acceptable. Asked for upgrade to poolside which cost $10 extra a night and they said fine at no extra cost. Got king bed with rollaway ...

It really wasn't an awful experience, BUT, please wear shower sandals. The tub needs bleach. And a roach jumped on my right arm while I was in bed with the lights off, which I ended up sleeping with the lights on because I got paranoid of roaches and had a bad night. The rooms look nice a smell nice, but underneath it all, it really is not that clean and a bit pricey.

I walked into the room it was damp and smelled. Yes it was a smoking room but I have been many rooms that were smoking but this was the pits. The bathroom keep running. I did not feel comfortable at all in the room since I am traveling alone for work. I stayed only one night. I opted to drive and hour and a half each way to my job then stay there.

I travel to this area regularly and am aware of no hotel or motel I would consider good. So far, this slightly below average place is the best I've found. The worst thing about it is the smell of mildew, which I have experienced in all of the motels in this area. At this hotel, it is far worse on the first floor. Take a 2nd floor room. ...

Try and get a poolside room, it's definately worth it. The pool and area is very nice to relax in.Also, take a breakfast in the restaurant! Good food for a reasonable price, and the waitress actually smiles.
There is also a bar right inside the hotel, watch out for the live music though, it may spoil your beer. You are right next downtown New ...
