When Booking A trip I like To know how much im spending a night.We arived to find they charged 19.00 a day for the use of the pool and towels and 39.00 a day for parking.

Read ratings before I left home to be prepared for our hotel stay. Good move as being informed really pays off.
Take a cab or shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. This hotel has an unbelievable location so you do not need the expense of valet or self-parking fees.

Great location; reminded me of the Jetson's apt. We had the family ; everyone enjoyed themselves; pool service great my son got a massage by the pool. Perfect location to Lincoln rd.

Booked here through Hotels.com. I had requested a king size bed. But since it was not ready, I was offered a queen size bed. It was the tiniest room that I ever lived in. The rooms are not the same as they appear on the hotel website. Did not have a microwave or refrigerator.

During check-in at 4-5 PM,the manager shouted, "no, we have you booked in a room with 2 double beds" after I told him the hotel made us prepay in advance, $846 including taxes for a suite for two nights. He relented only after I gave him a pre-paid written confirmation for a suite. No apology was given for his "rude treatment" and no response was ever received by us after I had filled out the comment form about the hotel.
We stayed at the Royal Palms in November 2005. Everything and everyone was great. The people there were very helpful and accomodating. Located right on the beach and within walking distance to many attractions and resturants. The food was pricy but really good. I will go back when I get the chance.
