I rented a studio w/kitchen and patio facing the pool and ocean. The view is beautiful, the room was large and nicely furnished, and clean. I went back a second time, and will go back again this summer.

The price is a little steep for me, a senior, but I'm worth it! I am treating myself once a year.

We just got back from having a great week at the Royal Floridian. We usually vacation in Mexico, but this time we had somewhat of a family reunion. This was my Dad's first vacation ever and he is 85. He was very comfortable there. I would go back again. Everything was near-by. It looked like families with children were also having fun.
There is need for minor repair, but it seems like they are getting it done. Service Great.

We have time shares else where and booked here d/t cost during bike week. What a treat to be treated like one of the regular time sharers. Pleasant people to talk to in the hallways, elevators and grounds. We will definitely go back - very convenient to off beat diners, nice bathing suit shops and access to back roads that take you along the intercoastal water way. Much prettier roads than A1A.
