I didn't at all enjoy my stay here. We requested a beach front room and got a parking lot view. When we asked politely to switch, we were denied. We left a message with the manager, and they NEVER got back to us. RIP OFF, don't stay here, the rooms are dirty as well. This place is in desperate need of new caring staff.

I absolutely cannot believe that I listened to some of these negative reviews and almost cancelled my reservation at this wonderful hotel!

This Hilton is located on gorgeous Longboat Key. It's immediate beach access is a fantastic plus, however the facilities themselves are a bit worn and dirty. The room was very comfortable, as was the plush bed, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
