My family and I found this hotel to be dirty and depressing. Our room was in dire need of repairs and the faucets looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in years. Next door to our room was a room that had "Work cease" order taped on it. Hotel rooms are intermixed with residential apts. Hallway smelled of cat urine. Place needs to be torn down. Parking is a rip off. Pool has no set hours and guests tend to be loud out there.

We were disappointed in the overall aspect of the hotel for the price. This hotel need major renovation. Not all rooms are refurbished and It's smell moist everywhere in the hotel. Also they charge $8 per day for parking... When everywhere else parking is included. Please note that there is a city free parking across the street.
