stopped in as a half way point headed to port charlotte, room was alittle small and had a few problems initially but david at the front desk was very helpful to solve them quickly, ..

This hotel is a great value and it's new. The staff was courteous and helpful. I'd go back. The location is alittle off the beaten path if you are going to St. Pete.

We stayed two nights over spring break. The courtyard was beautiful & the pool was clean and warm. The free breakfast was fair. However, the room was a dissapointment. I will stay at this hotel again.

The place overall is very neat. The rooms are confortable, but they are a little big small. The employees are willing to help in whatever they can. The free breakfast is good. The only thing I did not like is that the garden is very poor maintained.

great hotel, no complaints

We weren't sure what to expect as is with most hotels but we were very pleased at what we found. we had an inside courtyard room near the hotel lobby. nice room, clean and efficient. great breakfast, great location. nothing to complain about. we would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends. good price too!

Filthy motel - Awful/Ugly experience

Why this place was on the list of motels offered by Yahoo is unfathomable!! Every surface (including phone, floor, sink, desk, rug, etc) was stained, dirty, crusted and just plain awful. Pubic hairs and crud were in every corner/crevice in the bathroom.

Quiet location, clean rooms, good value for price of room. We really liked the pool, its in the middle of the hotel so its easy to keep an eye on the kids. We were very pleased.

Bad news

Good looking complex nestled between car dealers.Large trucks kept circling motel & idling in parking area,they
were emitting carbon monoxide into rooms.Client were mostly construction workers and truck drivers.Beer drinking in parking lot.Daily missing wash clothes,plastic bags,etc.Noisey exhaust fan in bathroom. Don't wear your white soxes here-they turn black.
