I called to cancel a reservation and the person was very curt and rude. Wouldn't choose to stay here in future, if they aren't even nice on the phone.

This hotel was horrible. It looked really grand and pretty on the outside. Inside the rooms were old and carpet was stained and moldy. I couldn't sleep because my allergies were going crazy from the mold and stale air.

There is really not much to say. Everything was great. The only minor thing is that I tried the video check out and could not do it. Also, I wished the pool would not close at 10 p.m.. All in all, it was superb.

I love the convenience anf the surroundings. It's close to everything and the staff was very polite and informative. I'd go back there again when I take a trip back to Miami Beach, FL.
