This hotel is old and smelly. We also had a packaged deal with the cruise but this hotel was old, the free food vouchers were a joke. We refused to eat store bought processed food and purchase food on our own. The breakfast was ok, but lunch & dinner was very disappointing. The staff could not help give directions Thank God for GPS.
We stayed at this Ramada which was included in a cruise package. Think twice about that cruise package before you buy it. - The Ramada is far from the airport and the coast. - I imagined that the resort they included would be nice but this one is OLD. - The buffet food is all processed food. Though the servers are very nice. - The wireless internet ...
Ok so the people were nice but the place was DIRTY and the elevators were broke and we got stuck in one for a little while, my 5 year old daughter was terrified. The whole place stuck of mold we all ended up sick by the time we left. They also charged us a $5 per day fee that they didn't tell us about when we made the reservation.

THE HOTEL IS 2 TO 3 STAR HOTEL POOL WAS CLEAN IN GENERAL THE STAFF WERE GOOD I RECOMMEND THE PLACE FOR FAMILIES WITH LOW INCOME AND LOOKING FOR A FAMILY VACATION YOUNG PEOPLE MUST HAVE A CAR FOR THE PRICE ITS WORTH IT, PAY MORE AND GET BETTER ,THIS IS MY OPINION
We came here for a cruise vacation. We already paid for our trip...6 months ago. When we get here, we now have to pay MORE.....taxes for the room, fuel surcharge($30), gratuity for the cruise($20) on top of a crappy room. The staff was really rude, you get 6 channels on the TV. If you want a fridge, be ready to pay...$10 a day. They charge you for ...

Ramada Plaza Welcome Center

Well The First person we talked to was very nice. But we didnt understand something about our vacation so we decided to go back into the welcome center and ask someone. So we talked to a man and he was very rude and we felt like telling him off. They changed our plans we were supposed to leave on wednesday to go on the cruise but we didnt we had to ...
The employees were EXTREMELY rude here (ie: rolling of the eyes, interupting while customer is talking). We were put in a "non-smoking" room which smelled terribly of smoke. We were also told, as we were given our room key, that they were out of king rooms so my husband and I were put into a room with twin beds. The room and bathroom ...
Management really need to pay attention to the quality of their employees! I had a very difficult time making a reservation because the employees were RUDE and no one wanted to help and the new girl did not have a clue on what to do. I took my business else where. You will continue to loose business. Very sad!!!

Badly managed Hotel

The staff was rude especially the cleaning woman. She would clean our room and remove the towels but not replace them with fresh ones. When we asked for towels, she would just give us an attitude. We told her that we'd complain, and she replied "Go right ahead". We asked for towels, not a nasty attitude. Also, the cleaning woman ...

"what a Joke"
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/26/07
Bathrooms were disgusting, constant discolored water in sinks and toilet's out of the four elevators that did actually work we could catch on my floor, but it would not stop on my floor. The smell was typical of every other Ramada i stayed in in which that is not be desired. The only compliment i can offer is that it still wasn't as bad the stay we had in Niagara falls, NY in which we locked inside our rooms!!!
