I loved the hotel. Clean, polite staff, great free breakfest. Everything that was promised was delivered. I have stayed there before, and i would definitily recommend the hotel. For the price, and location, it is worth every cent!!

the picture on this site is the Holiday Inn Express and not the Best Western. The property might be old, but with the changes they are making improvements.

I don't know where to begin, but lie after lie, shuttle sevice was terrible, after they told us they would pick us up at the Bank Atlantic Center after a Panthers game, only to discover the shuttle driver has gone home. Then the front desk hangs up on me when I asked if they would call us a taxi. Unbelievable...where did she think I was going? ...

I liked the fact that it was close to our friends that we were visiting. I disliked the parking, the pool, the room, the room service. Parking was terrible you have to park so far away from your room and we had alot of stuff to carry, the rooms were ok but could have been a little more cleaner, there was a snake in the storage room that kept my ...
