Everyone was great. Front desk was prompt and if you needed anything you got it within 10 min. Rooms are cheap and when using a 7 day cruise the free parking and shuttle service is great! Stayed a night before and after a cruise out of Cape Canaveral, breakfast was set up early and great choices. Staff are very friendly, pool was clean and relatively warm for the seaso we were there.(I don't think it is heated year round) Currently they are renovating the units., our second room had been recently painted, new furniture.

This is one of the worst places I've ever been. The people were friendly, but there were quite a few problems with service and such. There was a 5 hour period where we didn't even have running water in our rooms because of some problem that was only supposed to take an hour and a half to fix. We weren't even refunded any money at all for the inconvenience. We won't ever stay at this terrible place again.
