We stayed 2 weeks for business meetings and the service overall was horrible except for the people at the breakfast room+ the bellhop. Amenities were not up to date and everything was horribly expensive if you consider the service/food and rooms- they overcharged us for everything 135USD for opening a phone line per day!!! unbelievable. The location is excellent right smack in the beach but the actual facilities look old. there was no water for several hours during my first evening plus there was repair/construction work throughout the night and early morning. The worst hotel i have ever stayed at.
Room: the bed had bedbugs and the bathroom had ants. The room key rarely worked. My husband and I couldn't make love because the noise outside in the middle of the night was excruciating.
Pool: the water of the pool was green! it looked like they never cleaned it out.
Food for Passover: Terrible-tastes like cardboard

everything else was horrible. the staff was unbelievably rude. there was no customer service. We recieved rude service from the event planner to the maid service staff. The rooms were not cleaned properly, the maids need training on cleaning rooms! the people in their salon are beyond rude and definitely don't know what they are doing. you could find a better 1 or 2 star hotel.

Unfriendly staff, the whole hotel was unclean we checked into one of our rooms and it still had a "Wet Paint" sign in the bathroom.Not worth the money at all.

Pricey for the room plus paying $19.00 extra for parking was crazy. Will not stay again next year for WMC. Better cleaning staff would help also. To far from everything.
