After booking another hotel and leaving because it was a disaster, we decided to try this one. The staff took very good care of us, and we really enjoyed it! We had breakfast in bed, and enjoyed and relaxed in our room. Our room was VERY clean, and everyone there was super friendly!

We will definately be back-- probably very soon!!

We found everything great! The staff was very nice and pleasent. We were close to The Disney parks, Downtown Disney, and there were places to eat near the hotel. We will be staying here when we visit Disney again!

We booked two nights at the Orlando Vista through travelocity.com. It was a last minute reservation, as the home we were going to stay at suffered water damage from a broken washing machine hose. I did do a little checking before hand, but did not see the negative reviews that are out there about this hotel, otherwise we would have never stayed ...

Looks clean and nice on the outside, but wait until you get inside the rooms. Beds were sooooo bad that we had neck and back pains our entire 7 days we stayed in Disney World from 1 (One) nights stay in this hotel!!! - Not worth the $$$$$$$$$. Don't stay here if you can help it. The location is not worth it!!

After reading over 100+ reviews, we were treated very well as soon as we walked in the door. The front desk, bar, restaurant, and housekeeping staff were all very helpful. The walls in on the way to your room do show wear, but the cleaning carts must hit it. The pool area was clean and there was a kiddie pool & whirlpool. I never had to wait ...

Our room was clean.
We needed a handicaped acessable room it was nice, although no rollin shower.Two very comfterable beds It was on the 7th floor so if the elevator didnt work we would of never been able to get my mother out! Toilet overflowed three times but they finaly got it going. We would opt to stay in disney next time. Did not spend much time at the hotel and drove to the parks. no free breakfast as advertised in their internet ad.

Front Desk Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean with 2 queen size beds. The only negative thing I could say about hotel was that the elevators were real busy (only had 2). Would definetely stay again!
