What a DUMP 2dont stay here
overpriced food and drink, rude front desk staff, they lied about the air conditioning in the elevators and halls, they said they were due to be replaced but they lie about when, overcharged for room on 4 nights, took a week for someone to get it resolved after insisting on speaking to general manager, no apologies, just excuses, ...1 of 1 Yahoo! We would never go Back.No working Ice machines on our floor….. Beachline View was of next door resort!I booked on line over a week prior to visit...Requested 12 Noon check-in. Of course, this was not available; in fact, our room was not ready until well after the 4 pm check-in time. Unacceptable behavior by this hotelI booked a two queen bed ocean view room online in December using the Hilton web site. However when I checked in, I was told that they did not have any two queen bed ocean view room available. Then I asked why? My room was confirmed online. Paris would rather be in jail than to stay hereThis Hilton is just like any average hotel. A square room with a bathroom. No great perks offered here. There's a coffee maker and a tv and a hairdryer in the room. They deliver a USA Today to each room each morning. The staff is somewhat rude and matter of fact. Would NOT recommend!!!I just returned from my one week trip to
Orlando and nearby beaches. I was having a
wonderful time until I got to Hilton, Cocoa Beach. When you enter your room it feels very basic and not at all like any other Hiltons I have stayed at. It was plain yet
pricey. The worst part was this:
We were unlucky to have picked Prom night.

it wa sokthis was a busy beach and calm We stayed one night and my sleep was interruppted by our rooms air conditioning unit. I made aloud humming noise if you turned if off. Definetly will returnThe Hilton Cocoa Beach is a first class hotel. Our room was spotless, maid service with fresh linens and towels top notch. Restaurants and lounge had excellent service, tasty choices on menu. The most impressive was the front desk gentlemen Brian Scully and Pete Hoyt.

Perfect LocationI love the rooms in this hotel. The hotel has beautiful interiors as well as their own line of beauty products named "La Source". The views from select rooms are gorgeous. Remember when booking to ask for oceanfront, not oceanview. If you as for oceanview, you will get an oceanview but also a view of the ugly and dull air ...1 of 1 Yahoo! FIRST TIME BUT IT WONT BE THE LAST!!!This hotel is one of the best that i have stayed in it was so clean, the staff was greatand the beds were so comfortable we did not want to leave out three days flew by.The morning of check out even my nine year old son said that he didnt want to leave he would rather stay and miss DISNEY WORLD next year we will be staying a cocoa beach hilton for the week.2 of 2 Yahoo!
