My boyfriend and I went down on a Wed. and left on a Sun. Memorial Weekend. The hotel was nice for the price we paid, and the view was wonderful. I enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach from our rooms. My boyfriend loved the beds, but I thought they were a little too firm, so it really is preference when it comes to the comfort level of the ...
I tried this place out because I wanted to go to PCB for my birthday, and was on a budget. I didnt expect to much because of the cheap price, but it was actually worth what I paid for. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was plain, but clean and as soon as you stepped out of the door you were on the beautiful white sandy beach! Now, ...
This place was inexpensive, and you get what you pay for. Don't plan on spending much time in the rooms, because they are dumpy. Good pool, good beach, good location, but a very old and run-down motel. There is a reason why this place is less expensive than the other larger/newer hotels in the area. Keep you expectations low for this place, and you may be able to tolerate being there.
The beach is 5 feet from my door. I pay $650/month during the off season. I stay 2-3 months. There are no cheaper places to stay. The Chateau is a good value. A new condo is going up next door so there may be some noise.
Chateau was the best hotel ever for our summer vacation! As sooon as we walked in we were greeted by the staff and the birds they have in the lobby, we were also given a parking permit and staff was really helpfull at giving directions. The hotel is right on the beach! So you cna always step out of your room and you are right there on the beach! ...
We chose a 2 star to save money and that is what we got. Even though spring break has been over for months there were still lots of drunken teenagers there. At least 3 policemen were there every night at 5 till early morning. Throwing teens out and watching over things. The pool was nice. Lots of chaise chairs. Spending more money on 3 stars next time.
The room was o.k.,except for the carpet which was dirty. We had a great view of the ocean and pool. The pool was nice and clean. The location was great. Now for the negative. There wasn't any grills on the property, the pool closed at 10:00 P.M. The maintenance men doubled as security guards at night. They would go by the rooms and look in,and ...
Well we stayed here for our senior trip during memorail weekend loved the location and the room wasn't really that bad except for if u walked on the carpet barefoot your feet would turn black eww gross!! other then that it was alright... make sure the room has all equipmnt its suppose to have ex: glasses, pots pans!! they charged us for glasses ...
In August of 2005 I spent an unforgettable weak in Chateau. With the view of the pool and beach from my balcony, efficient (and invisible) service, lots of vicinity places to visit, sugar white sand and clean and transparent green water of the Gulf of Mexico, the sensation is that you are resting in paradise. The rates are negotiable. With all large scale renovation of the coastline facilities, please, don't tear down Chateau!
This hotel is in a awesome locations to actractions and bars..had a blast!! We are planning to take another trip ther soon. We want to take the kids back to some of the places we have been.
