My family and I just returned from a week at the Hyatt and it was the very best close to everything that we wanted to get to by trolley or bus and walking was easy. The staff was very pleasent and always helpful. Food was good, and the pool a big plus after a big day of sightseeing. Could not have ask for a better experence. Two kids 10 and 13 also thought so. Would do it again and again.
We stayed at this hotel in March 2009 for 5 days on the 11th floor with the regency club pass. The hotel was under construction! Mess everywhere! The noise in the morning was awful! We were not informed of this when booking! The bar wait staff is the WORST I have ever experienced! We could not get a drink 3 nights in a row! I think the staff had ...
Very clean and convenient to Union Station/Capitol. Not a far walk to major sites. Staff was great. There is a fire station across the street which led to some noise, but overall, a great place to stay!
Service was horrible, our room wasnt cleaned. I left something in the room after checking out and housekeeping didnt catch it and someone else was already staying in the room.
Although during our stay the hotel was under construction, we didn't notice-because we were in the premier suite! It had 3 flat screens-1 in the bath. A computer, a ipod, dining room, living room, coffee maker with grinder and a nice view. Perfect location to all things DC!! The concierge club was the best I'd ever seen! The most elaborate ...
This hotel is very unaccomodating for a family with more than two children if they are not all the same sex. They expected 3 children ages 7, 9, and 11 with the 11 year old being a female to all sleep in one bed. Front desk clerk lied about it being a law that no rollout could be put in the room. Try the Marriott Court Yard instead.
The only room they had to offer me was a handicapped room. I ripped off half a toe nail with the handicapped bathroom door. The hotel was undergoing extreme renovations, there were bare floors, drapes, partitions, and signs everywhere. I woke up to banging and drilling at 3 AM. Called downstairs to complain and they quickly put me on hold for ...
I was initially given a room with a view into a construction site. Called and requested a room window that opens to at least a street and was given the same view two floors down. ( 741 to 541) Called again and the front desk personel just transfered me to somebody else and was given a room that had a street view. Staff did not seem very friendly. ...
Stayed one night at the Hyatt Regency. The room, a king, on the 11th floor was very nice. Although one of the windows did not close all the way, the furnishings were nice, the bathroom huge, the bed comfortable, plenty of workspace, and there was a nice clock radio with an ipod attachment. Further, ordered room service, and both dishes were ...
