The service is extraordinarily slow! Now I know why they push the buffet. I had a $36 Chilean sea bass, more that I would normally pay for dinner but I thought it would be worth it. I would serve it either with rice or a lovely bed of pasta. They chose MASHED POTATOES! Yes Chilean sea bass served ON mashed potatoes! Are you kidding? There is clearly no real chef there. This was not the only problem with food service but the most glaring.

I stayed at this hotel becasue of the conveince of getting into NYC for the day. Just minutes from the train station.....it was a piece of cake. I was very happy with the appearance and cleanliness of the lobby and rooms. the staff was very friendly and helpful. The brunch was pretty expensive so we went elsewhere. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and will definately be returning next year.
Everything is new and improved - not at all like it was a yr ago. Looks like they must have renovated the whole place, but the service is what really impressed us. The front desk was so friendly and really went out of their way to help us with a van ride. Great location to train sta to NY and easy to get around locally.

We obtained the room on Hotwire, which as you know, you do not get the name of the hotel until you make the reservation. I liked the convenience from the highway and it was a walk to the train -which we used to go into NY city for the day. Had informed them I will get there after midnight due flight time and car renting etc. It was really important they have the room (that had been reserved for me) ready for me. But they had given it to someone else !!! I had to go out and find another palce at an ungodly hour. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Can not wait for this hotel to shut down.

I stayed at the hotel for a weekend and loved it!! The beds were comfy, shower great, and nice rooms. The only thing bad was the construction that was going on, and parking can be bad if you come in late, or leave and come back late. Overall experience was great and going back again next month!!
