Front desk night person woke us up at 2am demanding to know if we had reservations to stay here. If we had already checked in and we are in the room isn't it obvious?
Requested to speak to the manager but none was available. Asked the daytime front desk person but he could reach a manager either.
They don't care about return visitors or making the stay pleasant. Awful experience.

April 2007 evacuated from home due to flood. Picked HJ for location & good price. 3 nights, 3 different rooms. Two which had many issues. Empty soda can & dirty sock under bed. i wouldn't go back

the room was dirty, had peeling wallpaper. dirty blankets. huge stain on the box spring mattress. bath sink filled with black water it didn't drain. blood on shower curtain. mold all over the tub. tv channels were bad. not a great place to stay . looked like a place for hookers.

No Out going calls on the phone

The hotel, has great prices for the area. I found the room clean, and it is close to I-95. I tried to use the phone to get on line with my lap top, and could not. And for the last four days I was there, you could not make an out going call from the room.
