    its the best place you could ever visit if you want to have a great skiing adventure. doesn't matter if you go with family, friends or in a romantic trip. you'll have the time of your life!!

  • This is why I hate travel sites

    Sure, the Lodge at Lionshead is fine place to stay. It is misleading that it rated # 1 on the site. There are at least 10 hotels that come to mind that would rank higher than this place in Lionshead. Never trust these rating sites. If you do you will end up staying in Lionshead instead of in the Village for a similar price.

  • Excellent Choice

    I stayed at the Lodge in October and saw the Aspens change color. This was an amazing place to stay and watch it. I highly recommend it for all seasons.

    Location, Location, Location!

    Great place to stay for any mountain activity, summer or winter.

    Walking distance to anywhere in Vail, and very close to the bus line if needed.

    Staff is very helpful and extremely knowledgable of the valley.

    Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else for the value or location.

    The Lodge at Lionshead has the best skier location of all the properties I've stayed in Vail. I was able to get my kids to ski school which is right next door and be on the gondola in a few minutes. The condo we stayed in was well maintained and the view was great. Outdoor pool and hot tub were just wonderful. Highly recommend this place.
