If you want 1st class service and location you can find it at the Brown. Excellent food and wait staff. Spa.... amazing. go have a facial or massage. Want a new hair style. They employ the best !

What a lovely hotel....history...charm....and Tea!!!! The hotel offers tea and "tea cakes etc." from 1200 to 1600 in the afternoon...gentlemen may retire to " Cigar Room" as the ladies relax with talk and tea in the elegant lobby.(some do wear hats!) I would travel back to Denver just to stay in The Brown palace.

EXCELLENT! COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER HOTEL AND SERVICE. CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK, HOPEFULLY SOONER THAN LATER. Above and beyond our expectations and the staff was friendly and helpful when we asked for suggestions of places to visit and restaurants that were good.

Great ambiance, very friendly and attentive staff. It's not inexpensive, and the typical rooms are a bit on the small side, but all-in-all, it is very nicely done. A very pleasant experience.

I've been to the Brown Palace on 5 seperate occasions and all 5 times have been wonderfully positive experiences. This is a special place I like to take my out of town visitors.

The service is always wonderful, the room is beautifully appointed and the food is generally of good quality. Its a one of a kind place to visit and I recommend if you are in Denver and have the chance that you check it out.
