I had my Aunt, and two elderly parents that stayed here and the place was full of cockroachs we didn't ask for pets. The location was good but the service was poor. When we asked for our money back this place refused to do so and told us we had to stay with the pets.

Great staff; very accomodating. Management can learn a lot from staff. Room heating is average. Facilities are in line with $ paid and value received. Good on-site restaurant.
