I just love this place.. I can get a nice room at a good price.. or a smaller one when I don't want to spend as much but still be at the same location. It's clean, staff is very helpful (treats you like a friend), and I can bring my dog...

The location was perfect!
This place was perfect for us because we needed to be near CSU. Staff was friendly and so very helpful. I would recomend this Best Western to anyone who is in the Fort Collins area. We will have relatives visiting and I will tell them to stay here! Thank you for makeing our trip better than expected.

The non-smoking room smelled so strong of smoke I had to wash everything when I arrived home.
The exercise room doesn't open until 8AM and they wouldn't open it any earlier when asked.
The pictures on the web showed they had waffle makers and they didn't.

I liked the breakfasts in the morning.
The convient location to old town and the campus of CSU. It was quiet, clean, and they had vending machines which was neat! And I felt safe!

I've stayed here a number of times over the last three years while they were undergoing a total renovation. While the activity associated with the remodel, since finished, was sometimes aggravating, the staff went out of their way to minimize the inconvenience.
