What a bargain!Close enough to enjoy Monterey, FAR less expensive. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was nice & many guests were enjoying it. Yes, it's right near a highway (and so are several other hotels right there)but if you are looking for convenience, cleanliness & affordability, this is the place. Good price, convenient locationThe location is handy, being right off of Hwy 101. The downside is that you get a lot of noise with the freeway traffic, almost all of the time. We also faced a gas station and it was also very noisy also. If we had been on the other side of the complex, that problem would have been alleviated.
