Booked 3 nights via tel ,upon arrival told no room available, then found a terrible room , noisy, dirty, window that would not close with an overpwering smell of industial strength cleaner.They refused to refund payment when we told them room was not acceptable.Travelodge Corp has not been any help so far either.

The hotel staff was quick and professional, I had coffee and danishes for breakfast, the room was clean, and the restaurant next door was amazing. Good for the money I spent.

I think this hotel has been advanced since 6 years ago when I was there it was bad on the inside and out, thanks to Management and staff, the style of this motel is great.

If you enjoy looking out your window to the peaceful view of the highway, then this is for you. The lock on my door was busted off, there was a red stain on my floor, and a spring was poking through my matress (it was unreal). And the highwas is 15 feet away, not a lie.

I have stayed at this motel several times when having to go to the VA medical center in San Fran. It is convienent, only about 15 min. from motel to Fort Miley VAMC. There is an Indian food resturant on site, so no need to venture out for dinner. There are a number of places to eat in the area if you don't want Indian food.
