The location of the hotel is great- as long as you don't mind the bed bugs. We stayed in this hotel away from home one night. Two days later diagnosed with bed bugs. I called, wrote letters, even stopped by to see the Manager and was ignored each time.

We stayed in this hotel, very nice and close to Universal City Studios. Our room was nice and the view was what we asked for.

The contenental breakfast was ok the staff was nice.

The bad: At that time the transportation guy was way cool. I just came back for a visit again Mar 7th and had to get a cab to the the airport and this time it ...

I was expecting first class. Front desk was not helpful, sometimes just rude. We had to move rooms 3 times. Rooms were not clean.

Transportation staff was a joke. Didn't really want to help provide logical ideas on getting around. They always suggested their 'preferred' very pricing tours, shuttles or taxis.

I would not stay ...

DEFERRED MAINTENANCE IS THE ONLY DESCRIPTION I CAN GIVE THIS HOTEL. IT WULD BE HELPFUL IF SOME OF THE GENERAL STAFF SPOKE ENGLISH. THE DESK CLERKS SPEAK ENGLISH BUT DO NOTHING TO ASSIST. THE HOTEL IS A MESS

The hotel is superb. Nice facilities (weight room, internet cafe, swimming pool). This hotel is very clean, it is huge. It has several huge function rooms that you can reserve for specific occasions. The food is great, but the only thing is it is pricy.

The place was very nice! I liked it a lot. When I came in everything was nice and clean. I stayed there a total of 2 nights. The first night was very nice. And when I left the next day to go to the Theme Park the room was the usual messy which you expect house keeping to clean up but when I got back later that evening there was still trash on the ...

they upgraded as to a small suite with $20 more.
