We stayed here for what was supposed to be a family vacation. When I called them directly and told them I was going to be staying with children I asked about the pool and the hot tub and they never told me until I got there that the pool did not work. The staff were rude to my niece. They were very un-helpful. The air in my room did not work. ...

I have stayed there many times and I have never been disappointed with any stay. The staff has great customer service and rooms are always nice and clean. I believe that is why I always want to go back there. I am currently looking to have my wedding reception there in the Atrium.

I found that the customer service was horrible. The bathrooms had mold growing around the bath tub and tiles. The presentation of the room was not up to par. One of the dresser drawers was falling apart, the clocks in the room didn't work, I couldn't believe they would book this room for a guest. The only good thing about the hotel is the comfortable bed...but that is basically it.
