I have stayed here at least five times and have never been disappointed, delightful old world charm.

After I booked a reservation someone in the hotel's staff used my credit card number to play online bingo. They also bought a few things online. I had to close my credit card.

They also overcharged me for the room.

Avoid this place is the only advice I can give.

Most of the staff is very rude and did not seem to care about their customers at all! Would never stay there again! Rooms are not fancy as they are advertised. Looked like your typical hotel room.

The desk staff is poorly trained, inmature-rude not professional and unconcerned with quality or reputation. If there is a problem, they offer half-truths and do plenty of CYA unless you contact the manager and really who has time to bicker on vacation or when traveling for business. Great old english style. Good service. Great spa and wine cellar. I liked the small town feel and friendly people. Pismo beach is only 20 minutes away.

I stayed here for a few days. It was a nice hotel. I was in the new tower and i found it very clean and well kept. The room was spacious and had the normal amenities (fridge, iron and board, etc.) It is in a great location right off Broadway and close to main st.

We were very please with the cleanliness of the rooms. Old wing was kept up very well. Would of liked to of gotten more of a discount but it was a last minute thought to stay here. Would highly recommend.
