Stayed at the hotel for 6 days on business. Amenities were great and employees were pleasant. Room was clean and overall location was great!Bedding was awesome...slept like a baby!! Room for improvement....provide wireless throught the hotel.

The room was not clean, there were stains on the carpet and bedding but worst of all was the odor in the room. We had to go to a nearby store to purchase air freshener to make the room somewhat bearable!!! The sliding glass door was stuck and I had to call the front desk twice to have it looked at.
The hotel food was expensive and not that tasty.
Overall, this was NOT a good experience and I would not recommend this hotel.

I have stayed here several times for corporate functions, each time I have stayed, they have put me in the "old wing," where the rooms are older, have less amenities. When I ask for the newer area, I'm told they can never accomodate me. Well-there's a Marriot next door now...so I don't have to stay in the double tree.

This location was a great place to hold a banquet for around 80 people or so. The staff were all very professional and friendly and the space was set up nicely. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and if you need to hold a banquet somewhere near Arden, then this should be your first choice!
