It was the strangest hotel experience i ever had. didn't even have a check in lobby. it was in a hotel room. sidewalks torn up. pool being constructed. but worse thing is how isolated i felt because of all the hiding places in the hallways. would never stay here by myself. too scary. i can't comment on service because the only people i ever saw were loads and loads of construction workers.

PROS: nice and clean room, nice view of the bay & nice for dogs. CONS: no fridge (had to use bar storage), very thin walls & terrible customer service. When we arrived the staff was rather nice and the building was clean and very pretty dispite the undergoing renovations, it was actually quiet as well. The view was wonderful from bay view room too. My only complaints were that the heater/AC needed replacing and no fridge.

Love everything, had no complaints! However, now that I do recall, I did have a little problem in that the website to get my email kept coming down, and was not able to get my composed email out, back to my husband, so I just worked with my cp. That was my only inconvenience, but that is nothing really.

I spent my birthday there and i was extremely impressed! The rooms are very clean and fresh. It's very secluded in which i love, i had a room with a beautiful view of the queen mary and smaller boats. I found this hotel to be very relaxing and comfortable. I will be making many returns. The only thing that i was disappointed about is you have to pay $10 to park over night in their parking lot. The staff was fantabulous.

I stayed at this hotel last year for the 2006 Eukanuba Dog Show. My stay was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were clean and spacious. All the staff was very dog friendly. The hotel grounds were beautiful, plenty of grass to walk and relax the dogs. A great walking trail to the Queen Mary.
