We stayed in the Holiday Inn express of Walnut Creek Ca. My wifes bed had bed bugs.
The manger said my wife was a liar. We showed him a bug and said that is a end of a bobby pin, but it had legs and was crawling. If you stay there beware and check your bed good. 12/17/2008

Service has very little value these days, it's good to see this hotel values it more than just a room rate. The hotel is under renovation and it shows that they are doing their best to work with and around the renovation. It was well priced compared to embassy or marriott which seem to think charging for parking is a good thing-something ...

Room amenities are old, especially the carpet and the place smells stale. Not worth the $150 they are charging.

They are in the middle of renovating ONLY the entry/reception area.

I liked everything except everything about this hotel. The location was excellent. The breakfast was excellent. The room was excellent. The parking was excellent. There's nothing to change but everything in this hotel.

From check-in to check-out the friendly hotel staff made everything about my stay fantastic. This hotel is very clean, the food is delicious, and the location is ideal. I will definitely come back again.

In an effort to save my company some money on hotel accomodations in Walnut Creek, I discovered the Holiday inn Walnut Creek. I was able to save $50 on the room rate and an additional $30 since they do not charge for parking and high Speed internet Access. After saving $80 a night each time I stay at the Holiday Inn compared to the other Walnut Creek Hotels, I will never go back to the Marriott now.

The Service at the Holiday Inn Walnut Creek was Inpeckable. The front Desk staff was helpful in every way. The meals in the Resturant were perfect. The wireless internet in the room was the iceing on the cake. And the price was right.!!
