We checked in on a weekend. The front desk staff was nice. After that, everything went downhill. The room was not properly cleaned. There was a used chewing gum under the telephone and a half eaten quesadilla between the bed and the night table. The room smelled awful and the carpet was filthy. I booked the jacuzzi suite thinking it was a lot of room for the price. I stepped into the room and immediately noticed the awful smell. The couch was torn and stained. The sheets were stained and the coverlet between the bedspread and sheets had smear marks. I was in the room no longer than 10 minutes. I went back to the lobby and checked out. It was a terrible experience.
