We stayed at the Hotel Rex for two nights. The room was TINY! There was barely enough room to walk. No chairs - just a bed, dresser, a night stand and another table. TV was all of 14 inches. Working was uncomfortable to say the least. It was the hottest day of the year so far and there is NO Air Conditioning (just an oscillating fan).

If you are looking for a home away from home in San Francisco, look no further than the Rex. The hotel is comfortable and the staff informal but extremely helpful. There was not one hotel staff member who did not greet us in a friendly manner at any time during our eight day stay.
