My friend and I took our daughters there for a girls weekend. The resort was very beautiful. However, the room did not cool off until the middle of the night complained numberous times. Staff advised we froze up the A/C mind you we were by the pool all day. The water in the main pool was very warm I think they should have the water moving to ...

SO FUN!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/14/05
It was so quiet with so many pools. Beautiful landscaping with hammocks under trees only thing I disliked was how the library wasn't open, but everything else was perfect!
IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 17 YEARS THAT, MY WIFE AND I, HAVE SPENT ,3 OR 4 WEEK-ENDS A YEAR DURING THE SUMMER, AT YOUR FANTASTIC, PEACEFUL, AND SO BEAUTIFUL,RESORT. THE ROOMS ARE VERY VERY CONFORTABLE, VERY COOL DURING THE HOT SEASON AND SO CLOSE TO EACH POOL. THE FLOWERS AROUND THE RESORT ARE MAGNIFICENT.WE LOVE THE RESTAURANTS AND THE GREAT ...
We have been going to La Quinta for years and will continue to return for as long as we can.
La Quinta is a beautiful resort, with rooms and bungalows elegantly sprawled out over several acres. Most of the accommodations come in the form of connected cottages/bungalows which are scattered around one of their 40+ pools. Everywhere you look ...

History and Class
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/26/05
The hacienda/casita old time charm really sold me. The lovely buildings and rooms, the history, the many pools, the food - all excellent. Having a semi-private pool was great - I could relax and not see the people I work with though many of them were also at the resort. Some pools were a little leafy/dirty. Overall, it just had a great "feel" to it and I really enjoyed staying here. I will be back.
La Quinta resort is one of the most beautiful places I have visited in quite some time. Wonderfull and spacious rooms, beautiful landscaping, incredible food, and a laid back southern California feel.
I got an offer from Travelzoo, the best internet deals around, for a room for $139 a night and the rack rates run $390. Needless to say, I thought this was a great bargain.
Well, the room didn't even deserve the $139 a night! It was marginal at best! We spent the night last night in a "deluxe" poolside casita and there was a room ...
I stayed at La Quinta for four days and three nights for a business confrence held at the resort. The service, accomadations, and staff for both the resort and the banquets were outstanding. The grounds layout is breathtaking! Not having to share the same pool and hot tub as everyone else was a huge bonus. The privacy and comfort were like no other place I've stayed before. I can't wait to visit La Quinta Resort again.

The City/Resort at Palm Springs
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/02/05
I loved how there were 42 pools! The best weather and spring green grass growing from the ground along with other beautiful plants. You also had your own kind of house! It was sort of hard to find your house, though, because the whole resort looked like a city with one big place (which would be the lobby). There were vines growing on some of the ...

Spanish Town
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/10/04
Like a visit to a wonderful spanish town. A large laid out resort of pools, fountains, manicured grounds and several spanish buildings and casitas. Rooms range in all sizes. Ours had two bedrooms, a fire place, courtyard and refridgerator. Others are so large they have their own pools and kitchens. Lovely walking paths, many pools and pool bars. Dining options are numerous. Great golf courses and tennis, too.
