It was ok.The room we had had an afwal view. But was clean and we did visit the pool and that was clean also. For being such a "high class" hotle i did expect a little more like a referator and fresh towels and I do not think we should have paid for parking that was a BIG turn off. good luckI had to sleep in the San Francisco airport area for 1 night before taking an airplane the day after, so I didn't care much about the hotel: my travel agent made a reservation for me. However, my concern with this hotel is a very basic one: when I arrived there, I found hair in the blankets, towels were dirty (with visible grey stains on them) ...You did not find this review helpful.5 of 7 Yahoo!
