    I had to sleep in the San Francisco airport area for 1 night before taking an airplane the day after, so I didn't care much about the hotel: my travel agent made a reservation for me. However, my concern with this hotel is a very basic one: when I arrived there, I found hair in the blankets, towels were dirty (with visible grey stains on them) ...
