Great pillows and convenient location. I think the pool, workout gym and other amenities offered are fabulous. Esthetically pleasing, however, the shuttle died on us 2x which was a bit inconvenient. The room was not that big. I actually got a much bigger room for less at the Holiday Inn.
I was charged at by a pitbull at this hotel with no owner present. I shut a door to get away and that save me.
I was told there are no rules indicating what animals are allowed and not allowed in this hotel. The safety risks of their guests did not seem to matter.
I did not stay because I felt unsafe.

Excellence outside the city

I highly reccomend this hotel. The price is right and it is situated just outside of San Francisco and right down the road from the airport. Rent a car and drive into the city or visit some of the quaint towns to the south. The room was nice, the staff was helpful.

they did honor a room reservation, but gave us a king size for the 3 of us instead of the 2 doubles we'd requested. the roll away was brought in but it was horribly uncomfortable. i'd have been better sleeping on the floor.

Upon arrival, we were told we had to pay $13 a day to park our car at this hotel. When making reservations, we were not alerted to this, making our first impression one of irritation. The desk clerk did not share our feelings, nor seem apologetic.

My travel in SF was great except for this hotel.

If you reserve this hotel using Hotwire or Priceline, you had better not expect good service. I had to change my room at 1 a.m. due to some problems in bathroom without any regret or apology. Moreover, the transfered room was for the disabled and the bed was uncomportable and smaller than the previous one. The period of shuttle bus between SFO and hotel was about 30 minutes, so it was a little tired to wait this rare bus.

We stayed at this hotel Valentine's weekend, 2005. After a 5 hr. flight, we were met with a non-smiling, indifferent front desk staff (we were the only ones checking in, so they were rushed).
