The rooms are simply gorgeous,the staff is extremely friendly, convenient location, great food and the price was right. I will return to this hotel and tell my colleagues and friends about my latest find!

I got eaten alive. Not sure if it's due to the extensive (noisy) renovation work, but the bugs tore me up during a 5-night stay. The exterior is being renovated, but the rooms are in serious need of updates. Comments about the shuttle are unfair - it's usually pretty quick, it's free, and it's not run by the hotel anyway.

Had to wait about 20 minutes for a shuttle to take me to the hotel from LAX. That wouldn't of been that bad if I hadn't had just come off a 14 hour flight from Sydney. Room was comfortable. The restuarant was a bit pricey & not really suitable for children but there is Maccas out the front. My 6 y/o son loved the pool

The staff here is very helpful and friendly but the hotel itself is old and my room smelled like mold. No mini bars in the rooms. I stayed for just 8 hours and for the price I paid I could of had a 5 star for 3 days in Bangkok!

The hotel staff members were courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet items were generally tasty. The bed was comfortable. There were many amenities (gift shop, Wi-Fi Internet connection, pool, exercise room, retaurant, business center and conference rooms).

when we talk about los angeles the place is very nice in term of accomodating and marketing most exspecially in term of neatness and relaxing its a good place to relax.
all i know is that their rooms will be convenient for all the alcoupant that lodge in their rooms.

A very standard hotel that was clean and not run down.Food is restaurant was standard. I would only stay if you had to layover like I did before an early flight out
