We stayed here for one night. It was a last minute trip and wanted to stay in a nice hotel. For the money we paid it was very nice. The room was small but it was still very nice. The hotel started the bad day by not having our room ready at check in time, a non-smoking King bedroom, so attempted to take a smoking king bedroom. The room door is too light, and sounds carry throughout the long hallways!

Also, the walls are pretty thin. I can hear the next rooms occupants talk and bathroom flushings.

it was a very special date with my fiance and we had dinner at cityscape first...the room was very lovely with a great view. beautifully appointed...only problem was loud party a few doors down but it was st. patty's day. management had trouble keeping them quiet!!! we're going back because we loved it so.

Couple of notes from a Diamond HHonors member:

No coffee makers in room.
Executive lounge is tiny and not well equipped.
Rooms are decent with nice views.
Prices fluctuate, so book in advance.
Newer than the Union Square Hilton, but Union Square has nicer exec lounge and exec floor rooms there are nicer with patios.
