Place was a complete joke. I wanted a standard room so i could go to Coachella and maybe hang at a nice pool - but instead they upgraded me to a Villa - which was way out in the boondocks on this resort - so you had to pay a golf cart driver to take you there. Pool was horrible - unless you like children running around everywhere. People there ...

We truly enjoyed this resort: The facilities and grounds were beautiful, the restaurant excellent, and the service topnotch. Hotel workers were all very friendly and clearly trying hard to make our stay pleasant. We hope to go back soon.

I thought this was going to be a perfect holiday. The location of this hotel was awful, because it was a major road---THE major road in this city. I couldn't believe how much traffic there was! The problem is that if you need to make a left out of the hotel, or cross to the other side, you will wait about 6 minutes to do so.

the service was so because on our first night we unpacked and we went to have dinner. we waited 20 minutes just to get our bread and know i know we all have to have our bread. And this was on spring break.the pool was cloudy and there was no charis to sit on. the room were ok there was a few pices of trash but overall the wholl place was ok.

I didn't like that the rooms were dated and the carpets were stained. They moved me twice and both rooms they moved me to had various stains on either the carpet or the curtains. The room in which they said was an upgraded room and they don't have complaints about had peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and a stain on the curtain.

THE HGC has is all. Kids pool adult pool with cabanas and great weather. Stayed here the week after the 4th of July. Try the breakfast burrito at the Starbucks in the lobby. Golf course on property is OK. Played Desert Willow Mountain View Course with high and low handicappers who were not disappointed. Coming back next year. After you make you initial reservation, call back weekly to see if the rates go down. Ours went down $40/night.

Everthing was horrible with exception of the location, and the price.

The hotel spa was amazing! Staff was gracious and very accomodating, we would stay here again!

THe pool garden & extended access to the hot tub was wonderful!!! THe manager was very accomodating when the hot tub bleached my bathing suit terribly. he replaced it at no charge! THe whole resort is such a beautiful place!
