My experience at this hotel has been quite terrible. My first encounter with the staff was in the lobby where the night manager, with every disregard for any customer service skills, treated me as if I was an doing him a favor by checking into his hotel.

I stayed there for 5 and a half weeks. It is very different from regular chain hotels. The people in the inn do provide the same service but with a human touch. It's not the impersonal 200 room bunker with luxury reception area. It's a great place run by great people.

Service was very fast and friendly. Big smiles. Check in took a total of 2 minutes. I was in my well appointed and comfortable room in another minute.

After a long day traveling and troubleshooting companies' problems, a comfortable room and speedy service make the day a lot more tolerable.
