Rooms were very basic with every outside sound being heard clearly. No power for 2 hours when we arrived (not their fault, but staff did not know what to do).
Biggest issue is that we used it to Park (for 9 days), Sleep and Fly (on an early morning flight). Parking spaces are little bigger than a normal car and very few spaces for normal guests ...
We booked through hotwire and, for the price, I was very pleased with the service and the room. The airport shuttle was a real plus as we had never been to SFO it saved a lot of confusion on my part. I found the staff to be very polite and professional. And, without asking, someone even helped me with the waffle maker for breakfast for my son. I highly recommend this hotel.
Room smells, filthy carpets and furnitures and even pathways are unclean. Front desk staff unfriendly and person at the breakfast was ill-mannered. He took the food out while some guests are still attempting to get food. One guest left embarrassed, when he closed the waffle maker on her. Parking was so small and tight, we can't get our minivan in. Some cars occupied 2 lots. Hotel's dump got in the way to the parking area.
We almost didn't stay here because of recent reviews. Our experience was very positive: the room was spacious, the furniture nice, a microwave and refrigerator in the bathroom. The staff was helpful and the shuttle was prompt. The breakfast included waffles and sausages in addition to cereal, bagels, fruit, etc. The price for park n fly ...
Just because they have a mini frige in the closet does not make this a suite. We, a family of 4, were very tight in this room. Lobby and staff are very nice, but the rooms are dated and small. We did stay and park our car without incident or 6 days. Breakfast, although complimentary lacked fruit and meats for my diabetic husband.
Very old property. Carpets stained, torn furniture and mildew. Not worth the money. This is not up to Comfort Sites Standards and in fact not even up to Comfort Inn standards. We were scheduled to be there for 3 days. They changed our room twice and each of the rooms were in the same condition so we moved to another hotel near the Airport.
Rooms are very old not up to even Motel 6 standards. We changed rooms 3 times and all 3 rooms had mold and mildew. Carpet was torn and stained. Front Desk told us that it had not been renovated in 10 years!
The hotel is a dump and needs to be renovated. It is "motel" style with outside doors. The protesters show up at 8am with bull horn shouting "don't check-in, check-out". They are there until about noon everyday. The hotel did not inform us of this Union activity....
This hotel was one of the worst we've stayed!! and we travel alot around.
First, twice we've had to ask housekeeping to bring us cups: hot and cold. The second time, I had to explain to the front desk what I meant by 'hot' cups and STILL brought 'only' cold drinks!!
The second day, our room was not made up and the ...
