Can't say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms were spotless and service impeccable. The entire staff was more than accommodating. I had a bad experience(room filthy, bad service, etc.) in a hotel in Newport Beach 2 weeks previous so this was a delight. I am planning to stay there on all my trips to So. Calif.

The hotel also has easy access to restaurants, freeway, shopping and more!

Bed seemed unmade,mold in shower,no heat, no hot water,changed rooms-NO BETTER!
Police outside twice.
Front desk was apologetic BUT still a DUMP!
Couldn't wait to leave!
IRAQ had beeter accomodations!

I book my family there and they get everything right all the time. Nice place and very friendly.

They raised the rates after the remodel, it was expected but wish I could get my old rate.

The rooms were in the process of being painted when I arrived. Great location with easy access to freeway. The people are real nice here!
