Nice place to stay, quiet, nice grounds, however, we were dissapointed with the jacuzzi as it was only lukewarm, pretty much useless, especially on a cold night like when we were there.

I would highly recommend this place to others, & it is a great value for Santa Barbara

Great location for my visit to Santa Barbara. Rooms were clean, but small. Staff was responsive to requests and friendly. They do not provide a complementary breakfast, but have coffees available in the lobby with a restaurant on site.

Would definitely go there again.

the staff are awful! they're rude and not very friendly. i stayed here for 3 days and did not meet a friendly person at all. one time there was no water coming out of the shower and i called front desk and they did not even apologize about the situation and they only told me it should be working in 30 min because maintenance is doing something. ...

Title says it all. Very peaceful and relaxing. I was very pleased and I would go back. Nice Beach not too far where there is a good college aged atmosphere. Definitely check out Cities BBQ great ribs!

The staff was nice and tried to fix various problems I had. This is more like a nice motel. doors open to outside, but it was quiet. i moved to a room upstairs in the back. first room was not that great. When I got settled, I noticed the toilet was running. All the hotels in Santa Barbara are a bit pricy by my standards, but I love ambience and this place had it. They have excellent service, clean large rooms and attention to detail, even turn-down service (on request).
