I been to this hotel 3 times First time and seocnd it was great! Third time i went the manager was very rude I think he was new i wanted a smokin room and he insisted that i couldnt get one after i book this room a month in advance. Told me he could not accomodate me at all So i figured if he couldnt make the customer happy after spending alot of money with them there was no use for to stay there.
