What I dislike is that they do not provide toothpaste and lotion. We only stayed on a Guest room. I do not know if they provide that with their suites. And also they have a new program that they will only change linens and towels every three days. You have to let them know if you do not want to participate in the program. Also, the parking is $12 ...
This hotel is a great value. We stayed in the North Tower and our view was wonderful. Their beds are one of the best we've ever slept in. It was clean and the staff was wonderful. We will definitaly stay here for our next trip.

I also had that same problem. I reserved a king bed, but some how they managed to sell out of kings that night, ended up with two queen's. Staff wasn't helpful at all and did not offer any solutions. You would think you would receive better service from the Hyatt. Also, the rooms arent as nice as you would think. I'm sure you could find ...

Horrible Front Desk Staff

The hotel is newly renovated. However, the attitude of front desk staff was horrible. We reserved a room with double beds, but were assigned a kind-bed room.
