We went through a travel online company and compared to the hotel we were originally at, which was supposed to be wheelchair accessible but would not provide me with a shower chair as I needed one to be able to shower in the 6 days we would be there. I loved the Hyatt Regency! So nice!

This 4 star hotel is located right off of Newport Beach. Our stay there was for 7 days.
Our room was comfortable, it could have had a few more amenities, but still comfortable. We had a room with a view and a balcony, overlooking the courtyard as well as the beach.

This hotel was very service oriented. Everyone treated me as if I were royalty. The most memorable thing was the food. It was delicisous and quick. The prices were about average for the area, but the taste was soo good. My compliments to the cooks!

I have stayed at many a Hyatt and this was the best one yet, no hassel, no fuss, just a good room with good food and no one bothered me. I am the type who parks his own car, carries his own bags and does most everything myself and these folks let me without a second thought, or any grumbling. The customer service at this hotel is horrible. I tried to plan an event at this hotel and was treated rudely by all levels of employees, including sales managers. I was told one thing and given something totally different on paper. Don't risk planning an event here!

I was extremely surprised by this hotel. I thought it was going to just be blaah but it was GREAT. The rooms were very clean and comfy and the bathroom was gorgeous. We just got back from a one night quick trip to Disneyland and stayed at the Hyatt. Its a bit down the street, but with the free shuttle to the park, its no big deal. The rooms were nicely decorated with very comfortable beds. We would for sure stay at this hotel again when visiting the park.

Set up 7 members of my family at the Anaheim Hyatt recently and they loved every moment of it! From the palm lined entrance to the glass enclosed lobby and our 11th floor rooms - it was all perfect. Every request was answered immediately and the teenagers loved the rooftop pool and jacquzzi! Extremely close to restaurants, the Mouse House, shopping and great local food!

What I dislike is that they do not provide toothpaste and lotion. We only stayed on a Guest room. I do not know if they provide that with their suites. And also they have a new program that they will only change linens and towels every three days. You have to let them know if you do not want to participate in the program. Also, the parking is $12 ...
