There were some positives and negatives about this place. As far as negatives, very noisy, expensive, and overrated. I stayed at this hotel thinking that it would be worth spending $20 more than the smaller hotels in Russellville, but I was wrong. The room was dirty and management refused to switch rooms. Additionally, there are people running around all day and night. I couldn't sleep. I am very disappointed with Holiday Inn. I should receive a refund.
