My door was chained locked when I got to my room. I had to call the front desk about 8 times about my door not locking properly. I was in Room 290 and this is my experience. Being upstairs is my preference because you do not have to worry about people dropping things on their floor (your ceiling) all night long and keeping you awake.

Being next to the stairs, is even worse and Room 290 is the worse room I have stayed in over 10 years of corporate travel.

I loved it because it was one of the cleanest places I ever saw.The service desk people were really nice and polite.They had good clean and nicely made beds,nice cool air conditioning,and clean bathrooms too.I highly recommend this place if you're ever in town and need a place to stay at.

I was charged on my check card on may 29 and i havent been in jonesboro since 2006. How could this erronious error have been made.Also my girlfriend wants to know what i was doing in jonesboro when i was supposed to be deployed in the air force hundreds of miles away. On june 15th the charges still havent been credited back to my checking account.

Even though the property is not newer but what mattered most was the staff and how well the hotel was kept.I had a wonderful experience at the Mallards Club and at the restaurant true southern delights!!!

We just returned from a trip through ms, la, tx, ok, and ks. We stayed at lots of motels. The Holiday Inn at Jonesboro was the best of the bunch by far. We got the kind of room we asked for, where we requested it be, it was clean and well appointed. Check in and out was as efficient as any place we have ever stayed. The free full buffet breakfast was an added plus. Great place to stay. Reccomend it highly.....

I live one hour away and visit often, I have a two year old who loves the pool, the pool area has always been very warm and you do not freeze when you leave the pool to go to the room, the room has always been clean and the front desk staff has always been helpful, Thanks for a great hotel so close to home!!! Keep up the good work!!!
