Our family had a blast. Great rooms, food and fun. I suggest this resort to everyone. What a great place to relax. The staff was first class as well as the rooms. The water park was immaculate.

Beware, you will be charged a $25 per day resort fee on top of your room rate wherever you booked it. The place is nice but disappointing to get a $50 surprise at the end of the stay.

We loved our entire trip there with the exception of one detail, the carpets in the room were so dirty that it turned out feet black..... Hopefully they will resolved it. We will definately be returning.

I booked 2 rooms at this hotel and was told I would love the remodeled rooms. I rec'd 2 old rooms that were not very nice..(Make sure you receive the new rooms when checking in. We arrived to stay for 1 night. The room was clean and well decorated. Front desk folks were very helpful and gave us lots of information. Loved the lazy pool and having the diner/lunch folks wait on us. After paying the $179 for the suite, we got $40 of that to use on the premises for dinner plus 2 movie tickets to use any place in the US. Used ...

We love this place. If you are with a family and need a great get away, this is the place. Value for what you get compared with the Scottsdale Resorts can not be beat. My Kids look forward to watepark weeks before we go every year.

From the moment you arrive - unprofessionalism must be their motto! Rude Front Desk Agents down to the dirty rooms - no one cared enough about our unpleasant visit...not even an apology. We will never stay here again and will make sure to let our friends and family know.

I went with my girl friends for a spa day and the Service is great and you should call them directly and book an upgraded room it's worth it! I can't wait to go back.
