Customer serviceI booked a stay, got confirmation number, etc...
Called to confirm 3 days before arriving. They said the confirmation number didn't exist, that they had no reservation for me.
Then they charged me for the stay.
SO, service gets a nil. Since I was never there, the rest of the ratings should be ignored.OVERALL

Welcome To Best Value InnI noticed when I first got there that the name of this buisness had changed. It is no longer a super 8. Its Best Value Inn, still the best motel I have ever been to. I was refreshed to see the clean rooms and over joyed with the fact that they had a free breakfast...coffee included, waiting for me in the morning. They are #1.
