my family loved the hotel because it was clean and quiet. the location was in a area full of restaurants and even a book store but there wasn't much of a view, i would say it is the next best place to having a hotel in Scottsdale.

The Hotel itself was good. It was old but clean. The location is HORRIBLE! As I was told from every cab driver that picked me up, "you are in the getto part of town". This the BEST Phoenix hotel I have ever stayed in. It has good location, service, and value. The mall is practically next door, there is a small amusement park nearby, and Interstate 17 is just right there. Even better, it is quiet. No complimentary breakfast, but the bar/lounge/restaurant and the big pool makes up for it.

We stayed at the Sheraton Crescent on our wedding night. The room was great, and we had a very nice night view of the city. The bed was comfortable, and after a night of standing in those shoes, one of the best things in the room. We received room service in the morning, and were pleased. The staff was very helpful to us. We had a very pleasant stay.
