my family loved the hotel because it was clean and quiet. the location was in a area full of restaurants and even a book store but there wasn't much of a view, i would say it is the next best place to having a hotel in Scottsdale.

This the BEST Phoenix hotel I have ever stayed in. It has good location, service, and value. The mall is practically next door, there is a small amusement park nearby, and Interstate 17 is just right there. Even better, it is quiet. No complimentary breakfast, but the bar/lounge/restaurant and the big pool makes up for it.
We stayed at the Sheraton Crescent on our wedding night. The room was great, and we had a very nice night view of the city. The bed was comfortable, and after a night of standing in those shoes, one of the best things in the room. We received room service in the morning, and were pleased. The staff was very helpful to us. We had a very pleasant stay.

Besides the fact that this hotel is showing its age, the service was terrible. The phone never worked, even though I asked for it to be corrected twice. I also had to ask twice for a lamp bulb to be replaced. The second time I asked, the front desk person handed me a bulb. By this point I was already disgusted with the lack of service and in my ...
