This hotel has fantastic location. Close to anything one may need. Relatively good price;
breakfast included. I stayed there twice and soon I am going back..

The room itself was okay but the desk service was poor and they didn't feel it was a big deal that there was no hot water one morning. (They said there were just too many people in the hotel --- In other words it was our fault the hot water ran out.) Don't expect them to honor their "100% satisfaction guarantee" or return emails. At least house keeping did their job.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. The property itself was old and unattractive and the front desk was not very hospitable. The continental breakfast did not look very appealing either. We got such a low rate they put us in the worst room they had, the air conditioning was really loud which in a way was good because it drowned out all the outside noice. I would recommend that you try somewhere else.
